Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Buford, GA. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and educating guests about AE and Aerie products.

You'll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, providing friendly service, promoting the loyalty program, and upholding our values with integrity while accommodating evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people in a fast paced setting.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using friendly, helpful approach to find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Support team to achieve store goals and maintain store standards.
• Uphold company values and integrity in all interactions.
