Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Augusta, GA. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with guests.

You’ll engage with customers, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You are energetic, love interacting with people, and have retail experience or are willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and provide a positive guest experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make fitting suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
