Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Savannah seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, share product knowledge, and promote the AE loyalty program while working across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

You are energetic, people-focused, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and available evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent guest experiences.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce and promote the AE loyalty program to guests.
• Shift flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-energy, supportive store environment.
• Uphold brand integrity and policies in all interactions.
