The role involves assisting customers with product selection, styling, and fit, hitting sales targets, maintaining presentation, and collaborating with team members. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; overnight shifts or travel may be required.
