Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a retail setting. The role supports sales goals while upholding store standards and fostering team collaboration to create an inclusive, customer-first environment.

You will share product knowledge, assist with fittings, and help maintain visual and operational standards, contributing to ongoing training and feedback for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar high-volume settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and teammates.
• Able to operate a register and manage basic store tasks.
• Flexible availability including day, evening, weekend, and potential overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
