Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of document production experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with InDesign.
• Typing speed ~70 wpm, with accuracy in numbers, text and tables.

Responsibilities

• Create, format, and edit documents using EY templates and brand standards.
• Perform typing, mail merges, spell checks, and formatting reviews.
• Import graphics and data into documents.
• Prepare files for digital output and assist with print production.
• Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
• Archive files following team protocols.
• Train and coach new team members on formatting and EY tools.
• Communicate project scope and negotiate deadlines.
