The role requires developing and maintaining branch strategies, working with leadership, and creating tactical plans documented in the annual business plan. Strong relationships with members and community involvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience in team-building and succession planning is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to deliver exceptional member service.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet growth goals and service commitments.
• Lead strategic planning and execution aligned with VyStar objectives.
• Partner with HR and Training to ensure effective recruiting and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management guidelines.
