Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients at branches in Copperopolis and surrounding areas. You will perform routine teller transactions, handle cash securely, and provide proactive service in line with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

With guidance from supervisors, you’ll cover staffing needs across branches, balance cash, and support nightly processing while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience.
• Ability to learn bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Assist branches as needed and ensure compliance with procedures.
