Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Fully bilingual preferable.

Responsabilités

• Process monetary transactions such as checks, withdrawals, deposits, money orders, and bills.
• Perform debit/credit entries through teller system or manually.
• Maintain cash balances and perform end-of-day balancing.
• Comply with BSA/AML and OFAC policies and reporting requirements.
• Assist branch growth through sales culture and customer referrals.
• Educate customers on alternative banking channels (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
