• Support sales transitions by introducing banking partners when appropriate.
• Perform branch operational tasks such as cash ordering and wire transfers.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and promote M&T Bank brand values.
