Job summary

Affinity FCU is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Madison, NJ to lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional member service. The role partners with the Branch Manager to coach staff, manage operations, and achieve sales goals.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Affinity FCU.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of sales/service experience at a financial institution is required.
• Management/supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate employees and create a team atmosphere.
• Acts as the in charge person in the absence of Branch Manager including closing and opening the Branch.
• Handle supervisory level interactions with difficult/irate members and complex issues.
• Identify and recommend operational improvements to enhance member experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless member experience.
• Lead by example in sales and member experience.
• Meet branch and individual sales goals.
• Guide staff in handling difficult problems and resolve escalated disputes.
