Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union in Madison, NJ is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a team at our Madison branch. The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on sales, service quality, coaching, and daily branch operations.

The starting salary is in the $70k–$75k range with eligibility for incentives and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales/service experience in a financial institution and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales/service experience at a financial institution.
• Management/supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate employees and create a team atmosphere.
• Act as the in-charge person in the absence of Branch Manager.
• Handle supervisory level interactions with difficult/irate members and complex issues.
• Lead by example in all aspects of sales and member experience.
• Meet branch and individual sales goals.
