Responsibilities

• Manage branch staff in the absence of the Branch Experience Manager.
• Coach, train, and hold staff accountable for using Avadian’s Sales Flow Model.
• Ensure staff maintains knowledge of Avadian products and services and their features/benefits.
• Provide communication on 90-day action plans, goals, and corporate initiatives.
• Assess staff for training comprehension and branch efficiencies.
• Develop and implement branch sales goals and directives with a delightful branch experience.
• Serve as liaison with members, open accounts, resolve issues, and promote products/services.
• Cross-sell products and services according to branch directives.
• Represent Avadian in communities served and participate in other duties as assigned.
