FNBO seeks a Branch Supervisor to lead tellers, ensure exceptional customer service, and step in for the Branch Manager when needed. The role emphasizes positive leadership, coaching, and operational excellence within a team-oriented environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in retail banking or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise tellers and teller work to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to tellers; participate in performance reviews.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage and smooth branch operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Address compliance and operational issues; identify training opportunities.
• Support branch meetings and recognition programs; mentor teller team.
• Demonstrate teller duties as needed and uphold branch policies during daily operations.
