Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Omaha, NE to lead tellers and teller operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role provides leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager and supports audits and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring retail banking experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities. The position is onsite with full-time or part-time opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
• Retail banking experience and solid communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English may be required.
• Unrestricted work authorization; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers and teller work to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide coaching and feedback in one-on-one meetings.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage to handle customer flow.
• Address compliance and operational issues; identify training needs.
• Support branch meetings and huddles with leadership.
• Perform teller duties as needed and assist in audits.
