Dade County Federal Credit Union in Homestead, FL is seeking a Branch Team Lead to supervise teller line operations, assist the Branch Manager, and cover branches within 15 miles. You will ensure compliance with regulations and training of FSRs.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in branch operations, cash handling, and cross-selling. You will balance cash, manage schedules, and help deliver excellent member service while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two Year college degree or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Exemplary organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee teller line operations and supervise FSRs.
• Coordinate duties and train staff on regulations, policies, and compliance.
• Assist Branch Manager with scheduling and overtime control.
• Prepare daily shortages/overages reports and maintain documentation.
• Manage cash orders, cash boxes, money orders, travelers checks, and supplies.
• Audit vault and cash drawers; balance and reconcile cash.
