Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to ensure exceptional member experiences while maintaining branch operational integrity. You will coach and develop staff, supervise daily activities, and drive service excellence across all transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NYS Notary Public license after 6 months on the job required.
• NMLS registration required.
• Minimum 2 years teller or cash handling experience in financial or retail setting.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop employees and build engagement.
• Provide feedback using coaching tools and reinforce company values.
• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and maintain high member service standards.
• Ensure procedures are followed and train staff to resolve issues and adjustments.
• Oversee branch audits, security checks and regulatory compliance to manage risk.
• Promote products/services to support branch profitability and revenue growth.
• Encourage use of digital channels like Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Contact Center.
• Attend required training and participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
