Job summary
Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Support Services Representative for our Euless Branch in Euless, Texas. The role involves processing daily teller tasks, contacting members, and back-up support for the branch and teller line.
Strong computer skills with Outlook/Excel/Word/Teams are essential, along with clear communication and a friendly, service-oriented approach. Requires HS diploma, cash handling experience, and passing a credit/background check.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of cash handling experience with a history of good balancing.
- One to three years of service experience preferably in a Financial Institution.
- All qualified candidates must pass a credit and background check.
Responsibilities
- Scan daily Teller work.
- Contact members when necessary.
- Back up support for Euless Branch and Teller Line.
- Research requests: statements or copy checks.
- Review and complete wire requests.
- Complete check orders.
- Complete deceased account requests.
- Stop payment requests.
- Process requests via Support Services Synapsys Queue.
- Assist with audit preparation.
- Complete additional reports as needed.
