Job summary

Dedham Savings is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead daily branch operations under the supervision of senior management. You will supervise staff, assist tellers, and ensure outstanding customer service while cross-selling bank products and maintaining compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance reviews, account opening/closure, vault and cash handling, and reporting. Strong supervisory and communication skills, plus banking product knowledge, are essential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two to three years of teller experience is preferred.
• Strong supervisory and customer service skills are expected.
• Basic knowledge of bank products and services is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist staff according to bank policies and procedures.
• Provide high level customer service and cross-sell banking products.
• Open and close accounts and process transactions.
• Oversee branch operations in the absence of managers.
• Maintain vault, cash, and ATM operations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and attend staff training.
