Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in finance.
• Leadership or coaching experience.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch floor and guide the team to success.
• Partner with Assistant Branch Manager to drive performance.
• Solve problems on the fly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help customers with card issues and loan conversations.
• Boost efficiency while maintaining compliance.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Monitor fraud trends and use systems.
• Open/close the branch and balance cash drawers.
• Support loan origination and investment services.
