You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to mentor staff, manage daily operations, and drive deposits and loan growth while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and technology-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and security, opening/closing the branch.
• Coach and inspire the team to reach targets.
• Grow deposits and loans through relationship building.
• Oversee complex transactions and make sound lending decisions.
• Schedule staff based on productivity insights.
• Ensure compliance training and policy knowledge.
