Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a small branch, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage daily cash operations, and collaborate with branch leadership to meet growth and service targets. The role requires at least four years in related positions, a valid driver’s license, and solid knowledge of banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise branch staff and oversee service operations.
• Coordinate with Branch/District Manager to meet goals.
• Solicit new business and maintain relationships with customers.
• Monitor sales and customer service performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staff training, performance reviews and staffing levels.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and may approve loans.
