Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a busy retail location, ensuring exceptional member experiences and robust branch operations. You will coach and develop staff, supervise daily activities, and uphold regulatory and security standards.

The role also focuses on driving revenue growth through effective product promotion, budget awareness, and encouraging digital banking adoption among members.

Qualifications

• 2 years teller or cash handling experience in finance or retail.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Notary License and NMLS registration required or in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop branch staff; boost engagement through coaching.
• Provide feedback via coaching tools and maintain service standards.
• Supervise daily branch operations and transactions while resolving issues.
• Ensure procedures, compliance, audits and risk controls are followed.
• Meet budgeting expectations and promote products to grow revenue.
• Encourage use of digital channels like Online Banking and Bill Pay.
• Adhere to policies, training, BSA requirements and teamwork.
• Maintain predictable attendance and professional conduct.
