The role drives sales and advice conversations to deepen relationships and meet store objectives.

The candidate will coach staff, manage workflows, and escalate complex customer needs while maintaining regulatory guidelines and risk controls.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or sales.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Lead the teller, platform, and customer escalation processes in the store.
