Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Trenton, NJ. You will lead a team to deliver TD’s model of convenience, sales, advice, and a personalized experience while guiding day-to-day service and operations on the teller line or platform.

You will build customer relationships, drive growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive financial guidance for customers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues in achieving Store objectives and legendary customer experience.
• Provides day-to-day leadership to ensure effective delivery of personalized service and advice while complying with regulations.
• Oversees complex sales/advice activities across multiple systems and partners.
• Delivers end-to-end advice to customers and highlights product features based on needs.
• Drives advisory behaviors and coaching to exceed customer expectations.
• Keeps informed about local market and competitive offers to support recommendations.
• Manages customer referrals and lead generation activities with store teams.
