Job summary

PSECU, Linglestown, PA, is seeking a Branch Specialist to serve as a central resource for exceptional member support and transactional activities. The role emphasizes consultative service, adherence to policies, and confidentiality, with an onsite schedule 100% from 7:50am to 4:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience, an Associates or High School diploma, and relevant certifications (NMLS/MLO, Notary Public).

Qualifications

• Associates or high school diploma required.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a position requiring similar knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• NMLS/MLO - PA Dept of State, Notary Public - PA Dept of State
• Proficiency in KeyStone, Image Center and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and robust document control to safeguard members and card data.

Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: provide top-tier and full service to members with personalized, responsive service.
• Product & Service Optimization: identify member needs and promote products/services to enhance the member experience.
• Support: assist members in scheduling appointments or accessing resources, including digital self-service options.
• Teamwork & Interdepartmental Collaboration: participate in ongoing training and collaborate across teams.
• Branch Operations: complete end-of-day settlement, verify cash shipments, generate reports, maintain Teller Cash Recyclers, Kiosks, and Coin Machines.
• Compliance: adhere to credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
