Granite State Credit Union in Manchester, NH is seeking a Branch Specialist (Member Service Representative) to deliver friendly, accurate service while cross-selling products and services to members.

You will handle teller transactions, assist with loans, identify member needs, and support branch goals. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance sales growth with operational expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in banking preferred.
• Ability to identify member needs and upsell products.
• Willingness to cover community events and after-hours calls.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• All teller processing including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transactions.
• Cross-sell Granite State Credit Union products and services.
• Identify member needs and offer solutions to deepen relationships.
• Assist branch in reaching goals and participate in team challenges.
• Process consumer and real estate loan applications, prepare documents, and handle closings.
• Research and resolve member account questions and issues.
• Assist in after-hours call nights and at community events.
• Provide coverage to other branches and departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
