Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years related experience; cash handling and customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to comply with policies and procedures; training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous member service per established expectations.
• Handle account maintenance: debit cards, stop payments, wires, accounts.
• Process consumer loans from start to finish including documentation and credit checks.
• Offer credit counseling and guidance to improve member credit scores.
• Resolve member issues with knowledge of credit union processes; escalate when needed.
• Process home equity loans per policy and manage CVIEW tickets.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain security of cash and teller number.
• Support coworkers and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with all regulations and Texas Bay Core Values.
