Summerwood-Financial Services in Houston, TX is hiring for a full-time Branch Representative. You will deliver exceptional member service, process deposits, withdrawals, and loan transactions, and help maintain accurate records.

This role requires cash handling experience, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy credit union environment. You will collaborate with tellers and financial services staff to support member goals, resolve issues, and uphold the credit

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and able to learn credit union systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous member service following credit union standards.
Handle account maintenance tasks including debit cards, stop payments, and transfers.
Process consumer loans from intake to completion with proper documentation.
Educate members on products and services to help meet financial goals.
Balance cash drawer daily and maintain security of cash and teller data.
Resolve member issues and refer escalations as needed.
