Job summary

1 st MidAmerica is seeking a Branch Services Manager to oversee the management of the credit union imaging system, door access system, and alarm security for all branch locations, ensuring reliable operations and top-tier security.

You will lead a motivated staff, participate in interviewing and selecting employees, handle supplies and mail processing, and coordinate with vendors. Occasional travel between branches is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging system, door access and alarm security for all branch locations.
• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and employee relations.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of qualified applicants.
• Oversee supplies, inventory control, mail processing, and vendor relations.
• Travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
