Dupaco in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Branch Services Representative to process transactions, assist members with account management, and educate them on products and services. You will cross-sell, perform proactive outreach, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You’ll help open and close accounts, balance cash drawers, and educate members on Dupaco features, fees, and digital services.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer services or equivalent experience.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional way when dealing with membership, and other staff members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process a variety of transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments and assist members in the lobby.
• Assist and educate members with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) as needed.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the day.
• Open member accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit (CDs) and offering full-family membership to new and existing members.
• Accurately close member accounts.
• Assist members through a Visa application and communicate approval/denial and process balance transfers.
• Perform account maintenance tasks such as updating personal information and managing account inquiries.
• Educate members on features, benefits, and fees of the credit union and Dupaco products and services.
• Cross-sell Dupaco products and services by engaging and highlighting digital services benefits to enhance member experience.

As a Branch Services Representative, you'll process transactions, assist members with account management, and educate them on products and services. • Accurately process a variety of transactions for members including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments and a ssist members in the lobby.

• Cross Sell Dupaco Products and services by engaging, identifying, and advocating for digital services by highlighting benefits, addressing potential concerns, and demonstrating how they can enhance the member’s experience to support the branch and organizational goals.
• Proactive outreach and outbound calls to members as assigned.
• Perform Money Makeovers and Credit History Lessons and identify opportunities to deepen the relationship with the member by offering products and services.
• Identify and refer potential leads for specialized services, such as Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Business Services, Dupaco Insurance Services, Dupaco Financial Services, etc.
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling equipment and machines, including balancing, servicing, and reconciling.
• Ensure adherence to all credit union regulations, policies, and compliance procedures and requirements.
• Utilize available resources and tools to detect and report suspicious activities and transactions.
• Participate in branch meetings and training sessions to stay current on Dupaco policies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll need:
