Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash handling).
• Open and service consumer and business accounts and identify customer needs.
• Assist customers with online banking and general service requests.
• Handle cash transactions and larger cash requests, including restaurant deposits and CTRs.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and documentation for customer transactions and account activity.
• Support daily branch operations and contribute to branch goals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
• Cross-train in teller and new account functions as needed.
