Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of branch banking experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong cash handling and accuracy.
• Ability to use banking software and ATMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products and electronic channels.
• Lobby leads to ensure a positive member experience.
• Drive sales through service and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Open and service all deposit and loan accounts.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash at end of shift.
• Assist with branch closing procedures and vault balancing.
• Refer members to internal partners for services.
