Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Branch Service Representative II to join our team in a frontline capacity, delivering prompt, accurate service to both business and consumer customers. You will process teller transactions, assist with deposits and transfers, and uphold banking policies while building strong customer relationships.

Under Branch Manager supervision, you will handle routine tasks, participate in ongoing training, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC, and related regulations,

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline representative, strengthening customer relationships with prompt, exceptional service.
• Independently respond to routine inquiries and requests from customers.
• Accurately process teller transactions (over-the-counter, night drop, courier, bank-by-mail).
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, stop payments, balance inquiries, online banking inquiries, and debit card issues.
• Process wire transfers following documentation, verification, and validation procedures for domestic, international, and FX transfers.
