Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the West End, AL region seeks a Business Service Officer to lead a team of Support Professionals and manage branch service functions. You will drive training, ensure policy compliance and collaborate with Market Sales and Risk teams to execute service initiatives.

You will report to the Market Business Service Officer and oversee performance reviews, scheduling and coaching while promoting a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Active licenses as required (Series 7/9/10/66/63/65).
• Experience leading and coaching service professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on quality and compliance.
• Supervise a team of Support Professionals and Service Professionals.
• Promote cross-training and career development within the market.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires, including Financial Advisors and staff.
• Partner with MBSO and HR on performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office teams.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and identify development opportunities.
• Ensure coverage for Financial Advisors and recognize team achievements.
• Foster a culture aligned with Firm values and diversity.
