• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and quality standards.
• Supervise a team of Support Professionals and on-boarding of new hires.
• Partner with CBSO and HR on performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and participate in meetings and calls.
• Oversee travel, expenses and budgeting for Advisors and firm programs.
• Identify process improvements to drive productivity and efficiency.
