Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Active FINRA licenses (Series 7/9/10, 66/63/65) or as required for the role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.
• Experience supervising Support Professionals and aligning with Risk and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and consistency.
• Supervise and develop a team of Support Professionals and Service Professionals.
• Partner with Market Sales and Risk to ensure service initiative execution.
• Manage interviewing, onboarding, and performance reviews for staff.
• Oversee budgets, travel/entertainment expenses and policy compliance.
• Identify process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Foster branch culture aligned with Firm values and diversity.
