Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead branch Pest Technician teams and ensure outstanding service delivery to our customers. You will coordinate scheduling, enforce safety and regulatory standards, and drive performance across the team.

You’ll oversee inventory, support training, and respond to customer concerns while maintaining high service levels. This role requires outdoor work in diverse environments and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• You are able to effectively lead and motivate others.
• Strong communications skills - impersonal, written, presenting.
• Good at problem solving and practical solutions.
• Able to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented and safety conscious.
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales and service calculations.
• Comfortable working outside and in crawl spaces/attics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate training of local sales and service teams.
