Job summary

A financial services firm is seeking a Business Service Officer (BSO) in San Antonio to lead and develop a team of Support Professionals while ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. The BSO will supervise key service functions, manage client inquiries, and facilitate communication within the team. A Bachelor’s degree, previous experience, and relevant licenses are required. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Previous industry experience.
• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing the organization’s strategic priorities.
• Mentor and supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Facilitate the interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
• Manage client inquiries and requests.
