Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Business Service Officer (BSO) to lead a team of Support Professionals and drive service initiatives across the branch. You will partner with Market Sales and Risk teams to ensure execution, manage budgeting, and foster a culture of compliance and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active securities licenses as listed (Series 7, 9, 10 or 66/63/65) are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with emphasis on quality and compliance.
• Supervise and develop Support Professionals and Service Professionals.
• Coordinate interviewing, onboarding and performance reviews for staff.
• Partner with Market Sales,Risk and HR to drive service initiatives and improvements.
• Manage budgets, travel/entertainment expenses and regional communications.
