Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Washington seeks a Business Service Officer (BSO) to enhance client experiences through effective service management. The BSO will lead a team of Support Professionals, ensuring collaboration and adherence to firm policies. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and necessary financial licenses, showcasing strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Offering a salary range of $120,000 – $165,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners within the Branch, Market, Region, and Home Office.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses for Advisors.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
