Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Business Service Officers shape the future of service by modernizing client experience, supervising Support Professionals, and delivering branch operations.

Reporting to the Market Business Service Officer, the BSO partners with Market Sales and Risk teams to implement service initiatives, coach staff, manage budgeted expenses, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active Series 7 and other securities licenses required.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating with sales and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Support Professionals and Service Professionals.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new hires.
• Partner with Market Sales, Risk, and HR on people management.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses and branch budget.
• Participate in national calls to learn policy updates and share best practices.
