Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Houston seeks a Business Service Officer to guide service operations and lead a team of Support Professionals. You will coordinate with Market Sales and Risk to ensure effective execution of service initiatives and uphold the firm’s standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, onboarding new hires, conducting performance reviews with HR, and managing relationships across the branch, market, region and home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active Series 7, Series 9 and Series 10 or Series 63/65/66 licenses.
• Experience supervising and developingService Professionals and Advisors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching focus on quality and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires and performance reviews with HR.
• Partner with Market Sales and Risk to ensure execution of initiatives.
• Oversee coverage, budgeting and relationships across branch, market and home office.
