• Requires completion of high school education or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a related field may substitute for some experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train staff in the role of Member Advisor.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend salary adjustments.
• Maintain communication with management about issues and developments.
• Foster teamwork and prompt, courteous member service across branches.
• Lead a sales and service culture to grow branch growth and profitability.
• Coach staff in product knowledge, sales, and interpersonal skills; support cross-selling.
