Job summary

You will supervise daily branch activities, develop staff, and collaborate with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and prior credit union/financial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience within a credit union or financial institution.
• Expertise in branch operations, consumer lending and staff management.
• Strong knowledge of financial services policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to delivering a member-centric service experience.
• Familiarity with financial services software and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance and superior service delivery.
• Open new accounts and oversee consumer lending and loan production.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Drive membership growth and community engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop branch employees.
• Support staff retention and foster a productive, team-oriented culture.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Regional Team and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
