• Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
• Assertive in oral and written communications with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.

• Receive visitors, provide information, and direct to staff as needed.
• Respond to inquiries; provide solutions and own issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Listen to client needs and match to bank products for upsell or referrals.
• Generate new accounts, loans and products to meet branch profitability goals.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Process transactions in system in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
