Job summary

Oriental seeks a customer service professional to deliver high-quality service across digital channels, branches and call centers in Bayamón, PR. You will promote digital self-service, assist retail banking sales, and ensure accurate customer data in core systems.

The role requires bilingual communication, experience in call centers, and the ability to work with multiple departments to meet sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Communications, or Marketing (or equivalent), or related field, Advertising, Management, Accounting, Business administration.
• Able to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in both languages, English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a value-added customer service experience across all bank touchpoints (Digital Channels, Call/Service Centers, Branches, Social Media).
• Promote adoption of digital channels and self-service solutions for servicing and payments.
• Assist Sales of Retail Banking with digital services to improve satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain customer databases and document contacts/resolutions in core systems.
• Support branches and departments to achieve sales goals and reduce cycle times in product transfers.
