Job summary

Oriental Mortgage is seeking an Associate, Sales and Mortgage Expert to provide exceptional customer service, promote mortgage products, and cross-sell a range of financial solutions at our San Juan, PR location (Plaza Las Americas branch). You will build client relationships, process loan applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
• Two years of experience in retail, sales, operations or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to present integrated alternatives to clients based on Oriental products and services.
• Develops and manages profitable client relationships and moves prospects down the sales funnel.
• Processes transactional activities to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Strict compliance with Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
• Interview prospective clients and completes loan applications and pre-processing functions.
• Develop new business relationships while retaining and expanding existing relationships with financial services solutions.
• Coordinate client services between Trust Operations and Oriental Pension Consultants and other providers.
