Job summary

Penn Community Bank in Highland Park, NJ is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to drive deposit and loan growth through relationship-based selling and exceptional service. You will lead a branch team, coach colleagues, oversee sales initiatives, and coordinate with other departments to deliver cross-sell opportunities while complying with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a High School diploma (associates/bachelor's preferred) and banking experience; NMLS license is preferred or required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous banking or supervisory experience preferred.
NMLS license is required.

Responsibilities

Drive deposit, loan, and new customer growth through relationship-based selling.
Lead and coach branch team for best-in-class service.
Develop and manage sales activities and processes for the branch.
Act as CRM and cross-sell referral source for other bank departments.
Support operations, compliance, and security within the branch.
Lead sales meetings and coaching sessions; drive cross-selling initiatives.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and participate in audits.
Engage in community marketing and local business development activities.
