Penn Community Bank is seeking a branch-focused leader to drive deposits, loans and customer growth. You will coach staff, promote external business via disciplined calling, and coordinate sales activities across the branch while leveraging the CRM for referrals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous banking or supervisory history is preferred.
• NMLS license is required or must be obtained.

Responsabilités

• Achieve deposit, loan and new customer goals through relationship selling.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver best in class service.
• Proactively bring in external business via disciplined calling.
• Develop and manage branch sales activities and processes.
• Utilize CRM to act as a product/services referral source.
• Support branch management in operations, audits, and compliance.
• Lead inside sales and cross-selling; conduct regular sales meetings.
